For the preparation we need:

- green grapes - 0.5 cup;
- walnuts - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- lemon - 1 pc .;
- bulb - 1 piece;
- white wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- liquid honey - 1 tsp;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 hour. Spoon;
- salt pepper.
Celery is thoroughly washed, cut into small slices and pour two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Peel the onions, cut them into thin rings, then cut them in half grapes and remove the stones.
Walnuts are fried in a pan in olive oil, literally a couple of minutes, then grind. Peeled grapes, onion rings,Celery slices and chopped nuts are mixed in one mass. - chicken broth - 300 ml;
- salt, vegetable oil, green onions, white bread croutons.
All vegetables thoroughly wash, clean and rub on a coarse grater. Heat the frying pan, pour a little vegetable on it and melt the same amount of butter, then stew the onion on it until a crispy, golden crust.
