What aroma oils can be used for massage?

I heard recently from a friend that she uses aroma oils as an additive to the base for massage. He says that even rheumatic pains pass. Who uses - can there really be such an impact? And where is it better to buy such oils so that they are of high quality?

I haven’t used it for massage yet, but for inhalations - warm and cold, I apply diseases during the season. Ginger oil, for example, helps with flu well. I buy in a pharmacy, but there is a bottle for a long time.

Irina, you gave me a good idea. I used to use aroma oils only for a bath or a bath to relax. But about the addition to the means for massage did not hear. It will be necessary for my masseuse to ask which aroma oils to buy for such a procedure, or she recently found a store with a large assortment. Immediately I would order several species to understand which aroma oil would be better for a lifting effect.

And aroma oil for bathing does not suit me - immediately the irritation goes and the skin begins to itch. Or maybe I'm not doing something ... I use only in the aroma lamp. I also want to buy a diffuser for spraying.

For massage, I prefer to use Thai cream "tiger" or coconut oil.
