Very tasty halvah — homemade, WITHOUT SUGAR

Recipes are very simple, unlike store sweets, homemade halvah is made only from natural products.


HALVA FROM SEEDS OF SUNFLOWER

1 glass of peeled sunflower seeds,
¾ cup raisins,
2-3 tablespoons of unrefined sunflower oil. It will give flavor and flavor to halva.

Cooking:

Sow the seeds with a blender at maximum speed. The finer grind the seeds, the more delicious the halva will be. Add raisins to seeds, continue to grind everything together. Stir. Add oil, mix. From the resulting mass, we form a hand of a shape of the desired shape or make balls. You can cover the silicone form with food film, put the halva in there, tamp it with your hands, and then carefully remove it with the film. Remove the film - we get halva.

Halva with flaxseed and sesame seeds

150 g of sunflower seeds,
50 grams of flax
5 tbsp. sesame,
5 tbsp. honey (can be replaced by dates),
cinnamon.

Cooking:

All the seeds are ground into flour. Mix honey with flour and cinnamon.Add the ground seeds and knead the thick dough. If not sticky enough, add a couple of tablespoons of water. We form halva, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and send for a short while to the refrigerator.

LENNYA HALVA

Flax seed - 200 gr,
Honey - 3 tbsp. l.,
Orange zest - 1 tsp,
Sesame flour

Cooking:

Grind the flax seeds in the blender, add a little water or orange juice. Grate the zest, add to the flax flour and mix with honey. Add a little sesame flour. If the mass will not be molded, then add some more honey. You can add pre-soaked raisins, dried apricots, prunes. We form balls, briefly put in the fridge.

SESA HALVA

Sesame - 2 cups,
Coconut chips - 0.5 cups,
Cocoa or carob - 1 - 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Vanilla to taste and desire
Honey - 2 tablespoons (preferably thick)

Cooking

Grind coconut chips and mix with sesame flour. Add cocoa (carob) and vanilla. Mix. Add 1 tbsp. spoon honey and grind the mixture with a mortar. If necessary, add another spoon and continue to knead the mixture. It should turn out to be dense, start to form in lumps, but not blur - it is important not to overdo it with honey. Tamp the resulting mixture tightly into any shape. Send the form for 2 hours in the fridge.After the mixture has cooled, gently hold the knife along the walls of the mold to facilitate the removal of halva. Such a dish can be stored for a long time.
