We’re going to trim and tone all of the major muscle groups of your arms.This Strong and Sculpted Arms Workout is going to tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders, and get you ready to ditch the sleeves!Don’t go for the 5 lb weights unless every 10 repetitions is difficult for you. Be bold and go for the 12-15 lbs. Just remember that the more challenging you make this workout, the more quickly you will see results!
Equipment Needed: A mat to work out on, such as a yoga mat, water for hydration, and a heavy enough set of dumbbells that make 12 repetitions of an exercise difficult, approximately 10-15 lbs depending on your fitness level.
