- chicken fillet 400 g;
- potatoes 250 gr;
- forest mushrooms 250 g;
- 60 grams of cheese;
- sour cream 40 gr;
- onions a couple of medium bulbs;
- garlic a couple of lobules
- flour 80 gr;
- water 150 ml;
- salt, spices, pepper.
Rinse the chicken fillet under cold water and place on paper napkins. As soon as the meat dries, cut it into small pieces. To the flour add salt, spices, pepper, mix and crumble the meat, fry from all sides in the oil. Chop the onion finely and cut the mushrooms into slices. First, fry the onion, then add to the mushrooms and fry again all. Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes and put on the bottom of the pots. Cheese grind on grater, add to it sour cream, spices, squeezed garlic, water and chopped greens and mix well.Put the meat in the pots on top of the potatoes, after the mushrooms and fill with cooked sauce.
Place the pots in a preheated oven. At 2300C our dish will be ready in about 40 minutes. Serve our dish on the table right in the pots, placing plates under them.
