Rolls from potato "Alu Patra"

“Alu Patra” potato rolls are a traditional Indian dish, but nothing prevents us from making our loved ones happy for them.

Cooking method:

Sift flour in a bowl, add coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, oil, mix well. Then pour water and knead the elastic dough, add water or flour if necessary. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and set aside.

Boil the potatoes in the uniform, cool, peel, mash with a fork until soft, so that there are no lumps, add chopped greens, salt, pepper and sesame, mix.

Roll out the dough layer of 2−4 mm, lay out the filling on it and spread evenly over the entire surface. Then roll dough with rolls on one side.

Take a sharp knife and carefully cut the roll across into circles 1–2 cm thick. Spread out on a table, align and press each circle so that the filling does not fall out.

Heat oil in a pan, fry rolls until golden brown.

Serve hot.
