Pancake cake with cottage cheese

  • Cottage cheese 500 g
  • Sugar 5 tbsp.
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Vanillin 5g
  • Raisins 50 g
  • Dried apricots 50g
  • Sour cream 3 tbsp.


  1. Curd mash with a fork, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, vanillin or vanilla sugar, 1 egg, then mix well. Combine the mass with finely chopped dried apricots and raisins.
  2. Lubricate each pancake curd mass, then roll up the roll.
  3. Mix 2 eggs with sour cream, add the remaining sugar.
