Oatmeal Crisps with Dried Fruits

You will need
  • - 150 g of oatmeal;
  • - 1 fresh chicken egg;
  • - a small handful of raisins and any nuts;
  • - 7 pcs. juicy dried apricots;
  • - 550 ml of kefir;
  • - some vegetable oil;
  • - salt to your taste.
Pour oatmeal and pre-peeled nuts into the bowl of a blender or mixer. Crush everything well and put it in a bowl. Take two small plates. In the first place dried apricots, and in the second pour out the raisins. Both that and another fill in with very hot water, then wait 25 minutes. Then pour the water, and dried fruits well cool, then place them in the same bowl.
In a bowl with chopped nuts and oatmeal, pour in the egg, then add kefir, mix gently. Then add dried apricots with raisins, stir everything until you can make a thick dough, make bread of any size from it.
Take a baking sheet, lay it with parchment, gently brush with butter and put the loaves there. Heat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about half an hour.
