Homemade Condensed Milkis a recipe.
- 200 grams of milk
- 200 grams of sugar or powder;
- 20 grams of butter.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan (preferably with high bumpers, because the mass will foam strongly). Boil over low heat.
When the fire begins to boil, we increase and cook (boil) all exactly 10 minutes. Attention: it will be very much foaming.
After 10 minutes, the mass will be very fluid, which will gradually thicken as it cools.
Pour into a jar and put in the fridge. After a few hours, the mass will thicken.
Home-made condensed milk is ready.
