Chicken nuggets at home
Recently, I noticed that my quite feminine figure becomes a masculine one, from time to time I want something harmful. It will be necessary to work on your figure, sometimes it is required by housewives. And in order not to aggravate the situation, I began to look for, than to replace such delicious fast food dishes.
I'll show you how to make my favorite chicken nuggets at home. Cook without preservatives, without synthetic ingredients, without flavor enhancers, without a variety of plastics and the like.
Preparation will take relatively little time, but it is worth it (the stomach will say thank you). The most amazing thing is that this recipe is hard to spoil. Use the greens and seasonings that you love. I hope you will have inspiration and you will prepare truly unique nuggets yourself.

Stage 1: Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (these are 4 pieces of fillet)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 tablespoon of pepper
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cups vegetable oil
You will need a meat grinder to make minced meat, the food processor probably will do, but I have not tried it.
Step 2: Grind the meat
Preheat the oven to 200C.
What to do with meat, I think so clear. Of course, it's a pity to put such good pieces of meat into a meat grinder, but it's necessary. Next time you should try to cut the meat into cubes.
After the meat is ground, add salt, greens, pepper.
Step 3: Form Nuggets
In order to make all the nuggets the same and be sure that they will all be prepared evenly, I used a small metal plate and scooped the balls out of minced meat, laying them on waxed paper.
Gently pressing a tablespoon on the resulting balls, I made them flat.
Stage 4: Breading
Breadcrumbing includes three stages.
- we roll the meat in flour (salt and pepper can be added to the flour to add extra flavor)
- we dip the meat into beaten eggs
- place the nuggets on the sheet
I did this twice, so that the breading layer was thicker.
Now you can fry!
Stage 5: Frying
We use a cast iron pan to fry our nuggets until brown crust. Fry in a large amount of hot oil. This is about 2 minutes per side.
After roasting lay out on a paper towel. And as soon as the fat is drained, we place the nuggets on the baking sheet in one layer. Bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Stage 6: Enjoy
We get out of the cooking and enjoy the nuggets cooked at home. Use your favorite sauce. I made a sour-sweet sauce about the preparation of which I will tell in the next article.
