Coffee and chocolate muffin in a mug

You will need:

  • 3 tbsp. l. flour
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (powder)
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder for dough
  • 2 tbsp. l. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanillin

Flour, ground coffee, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder is mixed in a bowl and mixed well.
Add milk, egg, butter and vanilla. All mix with a fork until a homogeneous mass.
Pour the mixture into a greased mug and set in a microwave oven on high mode for about 90 seconds, until the cake is ready. The main thing is not to overdo it!
The cake can be served with a vanilla ice cream ball.

Toast "Bliss"

You will need:

  • 2 pieces of white bread
  • 1 tbsp. l. chocolate paste
  • 1 banana

Slice a piece of bread with chocolate paste and place a sliced ​​banana on it.
Cover with a second piece of bread and fry in butter on both sides.

You will need:

  • 1 pack of cottage cheese
  • 100 g of strawberries (or other berries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey

Combine cottage cheese, strawberries, banana and honey and blend in a blender until lightness.
Optionally, you can add muesli or oatmeal to mousse.

Minute Cheesecake

You will need:

  • 50 g soft cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara

Mix all the ingredients and pour the dough into a greased microwave dish.
Cheesecake bake at maximum power for 90 seconds, stirring the dough every 30 seconds.
Let the cheesecake cool and add fresh berries, whipped cream and crushed nuts (optional).

You will need:

  • 100 g of milk
  • 3 tsp. Sahara
  • 1/2 pack of vanilla sugar
  • vegetable oil to taste
  • 8 slices of loaf
  • 3 eggs

Beat egg with vanilla and regular sugar. Add milk and mix well (you can use a blender).
In the egg-milk mixture for 2 minutes, lower the slices of loaf.
Heat the oil in a pan and lay out slices of loaf. Fry on one side until golden brown, turn over and fry on the other side.
